Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility:

    • Refunds are available for transactions that meet the following criteria:
      • Technical issues resulting in duplicate transactions or overcharges.
      • Unauthorized transactions that occurred without user consent.

      • Cancellation of the Booking due to
      • Unavailability of the facilitator.
      • Unforeseen rain or other natural cause.
      • If the service is cancelled 2 days before the event booked.

  • Refund Request Process:

    • To request a refund, users must contact our customer support to cancel and ask for refund at least 2 days before of the event date.
    • Refund requests must include transaction details, a description of the issue, and any relevant supporting documentation.
    • Incase the booking is made through third party website, then you have to raise request accordingly.

  • Non-Refundable Transactions:

    • The following transactions are non-refundable:
      • Completed transactions where the purchased product or service was delivered as described.
      • Transactions resulting from user error, including but not limited to incorrect input of payment information.
      • Any cancellation of the booking made within 48hours before the event time.

  • Refund Investigation:

    • Our customer support team will investigate refund requests to determine eligibility.
    • The investigation process may include communication with the user, reviewing transaction logs, and verifying the reported issue.

  • Refund Approval:

    • Refunds are approved at the sole discretion of SITA CULTURAL CENTRE.
    • Refunds will be issued only if the investigation confirms a valid reason for the refund.

  • Refund Processing Time:

    • Once a refund is approved, please allow 7 working days for the refund to be processed.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

  • Cancellation of Services:

    • SITA CULTURAL CENTRE reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for users with a history of refund abuse.

    • SITA CULTURAL CENTRE reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Users will be notified of changes through the website or via email.
