French gastronomy in Pondicherry
As a former French colony, the city still has its quiet and shady streets to walk in, an original architecture with beautiful colonial mansions used as guest houses or restaurants. You can also see some pétanque players sometimes… So many come here to discover the “French touch” of Pondicherry with its culinary specialties and its several French restaurants in the town.
Why don’t you learn how to prepare these dishes by yourself and return home to surprise your friends with a typical starter such as “Mimosa” eggs, followed by a delicious and hearty “boeuf bourguignon” and finalize with a sweet and decadent “mousse au chocolat”?
For each menu we will use only the products and ingredients available on the Indian market. This way, anyone in Pondicherry can do the recipes again. French cuisine will be accessible for all and will no longer be a secret for you.

Things to know
The class of 3 hours and 30 minutes is held in French and English for adults and children over 7 years old.
In case of allergy, do not hesitate to contact us in advance or notify us once at SITA.
